El conocimiento de los protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n permite al personal protegerse, reconocer las condiciones que requieren evacuaci\u00f3n, orientar a residentes y visitantes y facilitar el desplazamiento hacia las salidas y puntos de encuentro establecidos. Esta capacitaci\u00f3n proporciona conocimientos y pautas pr\u00e1cticas para actuar antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de un sismo, apoyar los procedimientos de evacuaci\u00f3n y cumplir las responsabilidades asignadas al personal, de acuerdo con el plan de emergencia y las caracter\u00edsticas de las instalaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>DIRIGIDO A <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal de administraci\u00f3n de propiedades horizontales.<\/li>\n<li>Personal de recepci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de residentes.<\/li>\n<li>Personal de seguridad y vigilancia.<\/li>\n<li>Personal de conserjer\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Personal de mantenimiento.<\/li>\n<li>Personal de apoyo operativo.<\/li>\n<li>Colaboradores designados para apoyar los procedimientos de emergencia y evacuaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>OBJETIVOS DEL CURSO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identificar las medidas de prevenci\u00f3n y autoprotecci\u00f3n que deben aplicarse antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de un sismo.<\/li>\n<li>Reconocer y aplicar los protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n y evacuaci\u00f3n establecidos para propiedades horizontales.<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollar habilidades para orientar a residentes y visitantes durante una emergencia, siguiendo las instrucciones y los procedimientos establecidos.<\/li>\n<li>Identificar las rutas de evacuaci\u00f3n, salidas de emergencia y puntos de encuentro de las instalaciones.<\/li>\n<li>Reconocer las responsabilidades del personal en la comunicaci\u00f3n de novedades, la orientaci\u00f3n de los ocupantes y el apoyo a la evacuaci\u00f3n, sin exponerse a riesgos innecesarios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INTRODUCCI\u00d3N: La preparaci\u00f3n del personal que labora en propiedades horizontales es fundamental para responder de manera segura y organizada ante situaciones de emergencia, especialmente durante un sismo que pueda afectar un edificio residencial.
