Estas diferencias pueden originarse en errores de recepci\u00f3n y registro, deterioro de productos, fallas en los controles de inventario, diferencias de caja, devoluciones, descuentos no autorizados y posibles hurtos internos o externos. La prevenci\u00f3n requiere un enfoque integral que combine controles operativos, an\u00e1lisis de informaci\u00f3n, supervisi\u00f3n de procesos e indicadores de desempe\u00f1o. Este curso proporciona herramientas pr\u00e1cticas para identificar los principales focos de p\u00e9rdida, investigar las diferencias y establecer medidas preventivas y correctivas aplicables a tiendas, sucursales y cadenas comerciales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>DIRIGIDO A:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gerentes y subgerentes de tiendas<\/li>\n<li>Supervisores y jefes de operaciones retail<\/li>\n<li>Encargados de inventarios y almacenes<\/li>\n<li>Personal de prevenci\u00f3n y control de p\u00e9rdidas<\/li>\n<li>Supervisores de cajas y puntos de venta<\/li>\n<li>Auditores internos y responsables de control operativo<\/li>\n<li>Coordinadores de log\u00edstica y distribuci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Personal administrativo y operativo vinculado al control de mercanc\u00edas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>OBJETIVOS DEL CURSO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identificar las principales fuentes de p\u00e9rdidas y mermas en las operaciones retail, diferenciando las causas operativas, administrativas y asociadas a posibles hurtos o fraudes.<\/li>\n<li>Analizar las diferencias entre inventario f\u00edsico y registros del sistema para determinar desviaciones y sus posibles causas.<\/li>\n<li>Aplicar controles preventivos en la recepci\u00f3n, almacenamiento, exhibici\u00f3n, transferencia y despacho de mercanc\u00edas.<\/li>\n<li>Fortalecer los procedimientos de apertura, cierre, arqueo y conciliaci\u00f3n de caja, as\u00ed como el control de devoluciones, anulaciones y descuentos.<\/li>\n<li>Interpretar indicadores de p\u00e9rdidas, mermas y diferencias operativas para identificar tendencias y priorizar acciones.<\/li>\n<li>Proponer medidas correctivas y preventivas orientadas a reducir p\u00e9rdidas, mejorar la trazabilidad y fortalecer la responsabilidad del personal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INTRODUCCI\u00d3N: En el sector retail, las p\u00e9rdidas y mermas afectan directamente la rentabilidad, la disponibilidad de mercanc\u00eda y la eficiencia operativa de los establecimientos.
