El entorno de trabajo constituye, para muchas personas, el lugar donde pasan la mayor parte de su tiempo. En este marco, cobran gran relevancia las relaciones interpersonales por su influencia sobre el trabajo en equipo, que a su vez repercute en el logro de las metas organizacionales, grupales e individuales. La convivencia es el proceso cotidiano de interrelaci\u00f3n que se genera entre los diferentes miembros de una organizaci\u00f3n, consiste en compartir, y a compartir se aprende. A compartir tiempos y espacios, logros y dificultades, proyectos y sue\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Promover entornos de trabajo que sean saludables es un compromiso de todos. Incluye las pol\u00edticas y valores de la organizaci\u00f3n, las actividades que fomenten habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n y soluci\u00f3n de problemas, la generaci\u00f3n de espacios de integraci\u00f3n y bienestar, entre otras.
