Una comunicaci\u00f3n poco clara puede generar malentendidos, tensiones, reprocesos y p\u00e9rdida de productividad. La comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva permite expresar opiniones, necesidades, l\u00edmites y desacuerdos de manera clara y respetuosa, sin adoptar posiciones pasivas ni agresivas.
