Sin embargo, el uso de sistemas de IA tambi\u00e9n implica desaf\u00edos relacionados con la \u00e9tica, transparencia, seguridad, privacidad, sesgos algor\u00edtmicos, cumplimiento normativo y responsabilidad organizacional. La norma internacional ISO\/IEC 42001:2023 establece los requisitos para implementar, mantener y mejorar un Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Inteligencia Artificial (AIMS), proporcionando un marco estructurado para la gobernanza y gesti\u00f3n responsable de la IA.
