Este curso ofrece una formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica que profundiza en los microorganismos de inter\u00e9s alimentario, t\u00e9cnicas de muestreo, an\u00e1lisis microbiol\u00f3gicos y criterios para interpretar resultados y establecer acciones correctivas efectivas.
