En entornos cada vez m\u00e1s complejos y globalizados, los riesgos asociados al transporte, almacenamiento, inventarios, proveedores y tecnolog\u00edas deben ser identificados, evaluados y controlados de manera sistem\u00e1tica. La matriz de riesgos log\u00edstica se convierte as\u00ed en una herramienta clave para anticipar desviaciones, establecer controles preventivos y optimizar la toma de decisiones.
