Adem\u00e1s de las consecuencias legales, financieras y reputacionales, el soborno erosiona la confianza de clientes, socios, inversionistas y de la sociedad en general. Conscientes de este desaf\u00edo global, la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional de Normalizaci\u00f3n (ISO) public\u00f3 en 2016 la norma ISO 37001, primera en establecer los requisitos para un Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n Antisoborno (ABMS). En 2025, tras una revisi\u00f3n integral y con el objetivo de fortalecer las pr\u00e1cticas de integridad, se lanz\u00f3 la nueva versi\u00f3n ISO 37001:2025, que sustituye a la edici\u00f3n de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Esta actualizaci\u00f3n responde a la necesidad de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reforzar la cultura \u00e9tica y de integridad en todos los niveles.<\/li>\n<li>Incluir nuevos aspectos como la gesti\u00f3n de conflictos de inter\u00e9s y la consideraci\u00f3n de riesgos asociados al cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/li>\n<li>Fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n a denunciantes y la debida diligencia a terceros.<\/li>\n<li>Alinear el est\u00e1ndar con otros sistemas de gesti\u00f3n como ISO 37301 (Compliance), ISO 27001 (Seguridad de la Informaci\u00f3n) e ISO 14001 (Gesti\u00f3n Ambiental).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El presente curso est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para formar Implementadores L\u00edderes en ISO 37001:2025, capaces de planificar, liderar e integrar un Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n Antisoborno en sus organizaciones o clientes, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la creaci\u00f3n de valor basado en la \u00e9tica y la transparencia. A trav\u00e9s de un enfoque te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1ctico, estudios de caso y ejercicios de simulaci\u00f3n, los participantes adquirir\u00e1n las competencias necesarias para impulsar la transici\u00f3n de la versi\u00f3n 2016 a la 2025 y garantizar la eficacia del sistema en un entorno empresarial cada vez m\u00e1s complejo\u00a0y\u00a0regulado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRIGIDO A:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Profesionales en riesgo, control interno y gobierno corporativo.
