Abarca un conjunto de reglas y comportamientos no escritos que gu\u00edan las interacciones en el mundo empresarial, al seguir la etiqueta comercial adecuada, las personas pueden crear impresiones positivas, construir relaciones s\u00f3lidas y mejorar su reputaci\u00f3n profesional.
