Consiste en saber cu\u00e1les son sus conocimientos, habilidades, destrezas y actitudes para que se desempe\u00f1en en el cargo adecuado. Esta nueva realidad se ha modificado el contrato entre las organizaciones y sus miembros, bas\u00e1ndose ahora en el desarrollo profesional de los primeros y en la b\u00fasqueda, por parte de los segundos, de nuevas formas para potenciar al m\u00e1ximo las competencias de su personal.
