{"id":27206,"date":"2024-11-26T00:18:47","date_gmt":"2024-11-26T05:18:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/haaci.edu.pa\/?post_type=lp_course&#038;p=27206"},"modified":"2026-07-19T00:23:13","modified_gmt":"2026-07-19T05:23:13","slug":"implementador-de-la-norma-iso-151892022","status":"publish","type":"lp_course","link":"https:\/\/haaci.edu.pa\/index.php\/courses\/implementador-de-la-norma-iso-151892022\/","title":{"rendered":"IMPLEMENTADOR DE LA NORMA ISO 15189:2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>SISTEMA DE GESTI\u00d3N DE LA CALIDAD EN LABORATORIOS CL\u00cdNICOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>INTRODUCCI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La norma ISO 15189, establece los requisitos tanto t\u00e9cnicos como de gesti\u00f3n y competencia que deben cumplir los laboratorios cl\u00ednicos que realizan an\u00e1lisis de muestras biol\u00f3gicas de origen humano y es el est\u00e1ndar de cumplimiento que deben observar los laboratorios cl\u00ednicos para demostrar que son capaces de alcanzar resultados v\u00e1lidos y confiables, as\u00ed como demostrar no solo su competencia t\u00e9cnica sino tambi\u00e9n su independencia, imparcialidad y objetividad. La actual versi\u00f3n de la norma, publicada en 2022, comparte con otras normas de sistemas de gesti\u00f3n un claro enfoque al riesgo, que debe ser aplicado en las actividades de laboratorio, se alinea con el resto de normas del a serie ISO 17000 y aunque mantiene la casi totalidad de requisitos de la anterior versi\u00f3n de 2012, destaca como novedad el foco en la atenci\u00f3n, bienestar y seguridad de los paciente y la inclusi\u00f3n de los requisitos de las actividades POCT (Point-of-care testing) que se llevan a cabo en el lugar donde est\u00e1 el paciente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>DIRIGIDO A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Profesionales, directivos, responsables t\u00e9cnicos, responsables de calidad y personal t\u00e9cnico de laboratorios que trabajan de acuerdo a lo establecido en la norma ISO 15189:2022 y que deseen tener los conocimientos necesarios para llevar a cabo el cumpliendo los requisitos y recomendaciones de la norma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>OBJETIVOS DEL CURSO<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adquirir los conocimientos para implantar un sistema de gesti\u00f3n en un laboratorio de an\u00e1lisis cl\u00ednico seg\u00fan la norma ISO 15189:2022.<\/li>\n<li>Revisar la adaptaci\u00f3n del sistema de gesti\u00f3n de la calidad de los requisitos establecidos en la norma ISO 15189:2022<\/li>\n<li>Realizar la revisi\u00f3n e interpretaci\u00f3n de los documentos de referencia para el proceso de implantaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SISTEMA DE GESTI\u00d3N DE LA CALIDAD EN LABORATORIOS CL\u00cdNICOS INTRODUCCI\u00d3N La norma ISO 15189, establece los requisitos tanto t\u00e9cnicos como de gesti\u00f3n y competencia que deben cumplir los laboratorios cl\u00ednicos que realizan an\u00e1lisis de muestras biol\u00f3gicas de origen humano y &hellip; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":12,"featured_media":27797,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","course_category":[160,147],"course_tag":[],"class_list":["post-27206","lp_course","type-lp_course","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","course_category-farmaceutica","course_category-iso","course"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
