En todas las organizaciones, una gesti\u00f3n no adecuada de la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos con los clientes puede tener una gran repercusi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica. Adem\u00e1s, esta repercusi\u00f3n puede afectar de igual manera a la imagen de la marca. La mayor\u00eda de las interacciones de servicio al cliente se esfuerzan por ofrecer soluciones. Sin embargo, muchas empresas no se enfocan en el origen del problema.
