En las organizaciones modernas, donde el bienestar psicosocial es clave para la productividad, la seguridad y la salud ocupacional, contar con equipos y l\u00edderes capaces de ofrecer contenci\u00f3n emocional inicial resulta esencial. Este curso proporciona los conocimientos y habilidades pr\u00e1cticas para identificar se\u00f1ales de crisis, aplicar t\u00e9cnicas de intervenci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica breve y canalizar adecuadamente los casos que requieren atenci\u00f3n especializada.
