En la vida laboral y sobre todo si somos l\u00edderes de un departamento, resulta muy importante conocer bien a nuestros colaboradores para descifrar cu\u00e1l es la mejor manera en que podemos comunicarnos con ellos, c\u00f3mo debemos tratarles, en qu\u00e9 tono debemos hablarles y qu\u00e9 cosas pueden herirles o despertar su mal genio. Ning\u00fan empleado es perfecto y muchas veces ese trabajador que consideramos tiene una mala actitud, solo est\u00e1 respondiendo por medio de su comportamiento a miedos e inseguridades propias. Por lo tanto, est\u00e1 en manos de un buen l\u00edder saber gestionar el talento humano que le reporta para sacar lo mejor de ellos y obtener los resultados que desea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>OBJETIVOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitar un espacio de reflexi\u00f3n y aprendizaje en torno a la identificaci\u00f3n del perfil de una persona dif\u00edcil en un equipo de trabajo y la aplicaci\u00f3n de herramientas asertivas para su manejo efectivo, desde la perspectiva de la actitud positiva, resiliencia e inteligencia emocional, y la participaci\u00f3n colaborativa de las diferentes personalidades que lo componen.<\/li>\n<li>Identificar las caracter\u00edstica y perfil que define a una persona y equipo dif\u00edcil.<\/li>\n<li>Reconocer como aprovechar el m\u00e1ximo potencial de cada colaborador por dif\u00edcil que sea su car\u00e1cter.<\/li>\n<li>Conocer las t\u00e9cnicas y herramientas claves necesarias para el manejo asertivo del equipo dif\u00edcil, sin morir en el intento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>DIRIGIDO A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Personal de la organizaci\u00f3n en posiciones de liderazgo, jefaturas entre otros, que requieran herramientas pr\u00e1cticas y funcionales para el manejo inteligente-asertivo de gente de caracteres complejos, personalidades diversas y ejecuciones dif\u00edciles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INTRODUCCI\u00d3N A lo largo de la vida nos encontramos con retos comunicacionales como el de tener que tratar con personas dif\u00edciles.
