Este enfoque va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la descripci\u00f3n tradicional de puestos, centrando la atenci\u00f3n en el saber hacer y en el desempe\u00f1o efectivo en contextos laborales concretos. Su implementaci\u00f3n genera ventajas en procesos como la selecci\u00f3n, la evaluaci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o, la formaci\u00f3n y los planes de carrera.
