La correcta implementaci\u00f3n y verificaci\u00f3n de las BPM permiten asegurar que los procesos de producci\u00f3n, manipulaci\u00f3n, almacenamiento y distribuci\u00f3n de alimentos se desarrollen bajo condiciones controladas, seguras y conforme a la normativa nacional e internacional. El auditor interno en BPM cumple un papel clave en la verificaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos, la identificaci\u00f3n de desviaciones y la promoci\u00f3n de la mejora continua del sistema de inocuidad alimentaria.
