A trav\u00e9s de la supervisi\u00f3n, es posible tomar decisiones estrat\u00e9gicas para mejorar dicho proceso. Sin una supervisi\u00f3n de ventas, una empresa no podr\u00eda llevar un control de sus vendedores ni habr\u00eda oportunidad de evaluar las acciones que est\u00e1n bien y las que deben mejorar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>DIRIGIDO A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Jefes, supervisores y encargados de \u00e1reas comerciales o personal calificado para ascender a dichos cargos.
