Los Indicadores Clave de Desempe\u00f1o (KPI\u2019s) permiten monitorear el cumplimiento de los objetivos, optimizar recursos y fomentar la mejora continua en las organizaciones. Este curso proporciona los conocimientos esenciales para dise\u00f1ar, implementar y utilizar correctamente los KPI\u2019s como parte integral de una gesti\u00f3n orientada a resultados, con un enfoque pr\u00e1ctico y aplicable a distintos sectores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRIGIDO A: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Profesionales de cualquier sector que participen en la planificaci\u00f3n, ejecuci\u00f3n o evaluaci\u00f3n de procesos, Gerentes, jefes y coordinadores de \u00e1reas funcionales (finanzas, operaciones, calidad, RRHH, etc.). Analistas de datos, gesti\u00f3n, control interno o planeaci\u00f3n.
