Su aplicaci\u00f3n adecuada facilita la toma de decisiones sobre ascensos, compensaciones, capacitaci\u00f3n y desarrollo profesional, promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua y compromiso laboral. En un contexto empresarial competitivo y en constante cambio, las organizaciones que implementan procesos de evaluaci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o efectivos logran alinear los objetivos individuales con los corporativos, fortalecer el liderazgo y aumentar la productividad.
