Los indicadores claves de rendimiento, permiten a las empresas evaluar su situacio\u0301n actual, compararla con la de otras empresas, y medir el progreso hacia alcanzar sus objetivos. La Gestio\u0301n del Mantenimiento no es la excepcio\u0301n, y a trave\u0301s de los y esfuerzos de mu\u0301ltiples organizaciones de mantenimiento a nivel global se han desarrollado mu\u0301ltiples indicadores que apoyan la gestio\u0301n y mejora de los procesos de mantenimiento, muchos de ellos homologados a nivel global a trave\u0301s de normas como la EN 15341 y los SMRP Metrics. Estos indicadores son herramientas claves que permiten medir, comparar, diagnosticar y mejorar los procesos de mantenimiento con el fin de alcanzar excelencia en el mantenimiento y mejorar la competitividad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>DIRIGIDO A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Gerentes, Jefes, Coordinadores, Responsables y Profesionales en general que se desempe\u00f1en en mantenimiento y otras \u00e1reas funcionales relacionadas, que tengan bajo su responsabilidad la generaci\u00f3n de objetivos, el control de gesti\u00f3n y la toma de decisiones en los distintos niveles jer\u00e1rquicos de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>OBJETIVOS DEL CURSO<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proporcionar conocimientos y habilidades necesarias para evaluar la gesti\u00f3n del mantenimiento desde el punto de vista t\u00e9cnico y comprender su impacto sobre los resultados financieros y operacionales en todos los niveles de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Comprender las razones por las cuales, a nivel de alta direcci\u00f3n se toman ciertas decisiones estrat\u00e9gicas de car\u00e1cter t\u00e9cnico y financiero que impactan directamente los objetivos del departamento de mantenimiento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INTRODUCCI\u00d3N La medicio\u0301n es imprescindible para la gestio\u0301n y la base fundamental del proceso de mejora continua.
