O que no sepan cu\u00e1ntos clientes nuevos van a conseguir? Pues existen, y son muchas m\u00e1s empresas de lo que puedas imaginar. Lamentablemente, esas empresas no han profesionalizado su estrategia de ventas, que son su aut\u00e9ntico ox\u00edgeno. No tienen un Plan de Ventas ni miden las desviaciones y acciones a realizar. Y esto es el factor que puede decidir si la empresa es viable o tiene que pasar situaciones complicadas, incluso cerrar.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Luego de la Elaboraci\u00f3n de un Plan de Ventas es primordial el seguimiento, si nosotros no mostramos inter\u00e9s por el cliente, porque ellos deber\u00edan interesarse en nosotros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>DIRIGIDO A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Personal de la organizaci\u00f3n en posiciones de liderazgo, jefaturas, asesores de comercializaci\u00f3n y ventas, adem\u00e1s del personal estrat\u00e9gico vinculado al servicio al cliente y ventas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>OBJETIVOS DEL CURSO<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dotar a los participantes de herramientas y metodolog\u00edas para dise\u00f1ar, implementar y dar seguimiento efectivo a un plan de ventas, alineado con los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitar un espacio de reflexi\u00f3n y aprendizaje en torno a la identificaci\u00f3n clara y sencilla del desarrollo y seguimiento a un plan de ventas.<\/li>\n<li>Reconocer los pasos claves de la ejecuci\u00f3n del plan de ventas y su seguimiento efectivo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INTRODUCCI\u00d3N Elaborar un Plan de Ventas es muy importante para las organizaciones; Eres capaz de imaginar una empresa que no se sepa lo que va a venderse ese a\u00f1o?
