{"id":15051,"date":"2022-09-01T19:52:59","date_gmt":"2022-09-02T00:52:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/temporarytest.haaci.edu.pa\/?post_type=lp_course&#038;p=15051"},"modified":"2025-03-08T19:44:23","modified_gmt":"2025-03-09T00:44:23","slug":"gestion-de-compliance-ante-el-riesgo-de-pandemias","status":"publish","type":"lp_course","link":"https:\/\/haaci.edu.pa\/index.php\/courses\/gestion-de-compliance-ante-el-riesgo-de-pandemias\/","title":{"rendered":"GESTI\u00d3N DE COMPLIANCE ANTE EL RIESGO DE PANDEMIAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>ENFOQUE DE LAS NORMAS ISO 31000, ISO 19600 Y DOCUMENTOS T\u00c9CNICOS DE LA OMS<\/h5>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>INTRODUCCI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Las organizaciones alrededor del planeta deben cumplir con las disposiciones legales de cada uno de sus pa\u00edses en su propio marco legal y normativo.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ante la presencia de disposiciones normativas en los pa\u00edses tendientes a mitigar los efectos de enfermedades que surgen por motivos a\u00fan no explicados por la ciencia y los investigadores, las organizaciones deben adaptarse a estas disposiciones, lo cual les genera cambios s\u00fabitos que los llevan a la necesidad de acciones disruptivas con poco tiempo de planificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Este curso busca entregar herramientas para la gesti\u00f3n del cambio en las organizaciones, bas\u00e1ndose en los an\u00e1lisis de riesgos de cambio no planificado, derivado de las acciones que se toman frente a pandemias y otros detonantes y la gesti\u00f3n interna que debe ser emprendida a partir de los cambios normativos.
