Luego de establecido el sistema de gesti\u00f3n por competencias, se hace indispensable la utilizaci\u00f3n de los perfiles de cargo en el proceso de reclutamiento y selecci\u00f3n permitiendo as\u00ed captar a los candidatos m\u00e1s id\u00f3neos para el cargo.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Los procesos de selecci\u00f3n est\u00e1n necesariamente vinculados a los objetivos y estrategia de la organizaci\u00f3n. Una organizaci\u00f3n decide iniciar un proceso de selecci\u00f3n por varias razones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Para alcanzar los objetivos que se ha propuesto: crecimiento, reorganizaci\u00f3n de la estructura, ampliaci\u00f3n de alg\u00fan departamento concreto, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Para cubrir posiciones que se han quedado vacantes, debido a la rotaci\u00f3n de personal.<\/li>\n<li>Porque ha surgido un puesto de nueva creaci\u00f3n debido a nuevas necesidades de la organizaci\u00f3n que no estaban previstas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>DIRIGIDO A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Especialistas, coordinadores, asistentes de Recursos Humanos y estudiantes \u00faltimos a\u00f1os de Administraci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos.
