Las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, el bigdata, la inteligencia artificial, los avances en Neuroventas, Neuromarketing, etc. contribuyen a que los expertos en conocimiento del consumidor, adquieran una nueva relevancia y una nueva dimensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Por un lado, frente a un exceso de datos, se advierten dos tendencias claras.
