Implica comprender c\u00f3mo aprenden los participantes, identificar sus necesidades de capacitaci\u00f3n, estructurar experiencias de aprendizaje efectivas y aplicar metodolog\u00edas que faciliten la adquisici\u00f3n y transferencia de conocimientos al entorno laboral. Este programa proporciona herramientas metodol\u00f3gicas y t\u00e9cnicas para dise\u00f1ar, desarrollar, facilitar y evaluar procesos de formaci\u00f3n en modalidades presenciales y virtuales.
