{"id":13994,"date":"2022-08-30T21:19:32","date_gmt":"2022-08-31T02:19:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/temporarytest.haaci.edu.pa\/?post_type=lp_course&#038;p=13994"},"modified":"2025-03-08T19:45:59","modified_gmt":"2025-03-09T00:45:59","slug":"gestion-ambiental-integral-en-mineria","status":"publish","type":"lp_course","link":"https:\/\/haaci.edu.pa\/index.php\/courses\/gestion-ambiental-integral-en-mineria\/","title":{"rendered":"GESTI\u00d3N AMBIENTAL INTEGRAL EN MINERIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>INTRODUCCI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">En Panam\u00e1 la actividad minera representa una actividad importante, por las inversiones y la altas tasas de empleo que ofrece a las comunidades donde se encuentra, debi\u00e9ndose entonces considerar desde el otorgamiento de los permisos mineros en \u00e1reas sensibles, la disposici\u00f3n potencial de metales pesados en afluentes h\u00eddricos, la erosi\u00f3n, la contaminaci\u00f3n de suelos, el desv\u00edo de cauces, hasta la intervenci\u00f3n de las cuencas, entre otros impactos negativos, obviamente para el mejor beneficio de la actividad minera. Sin embargo, los grupos de inter\u00e9s (stakeholders), como las comunidades, los entes gubernamentales y no gubernamentales, y el mercado mismo, han motivado a que la industria minera incluya la gesti\u00f3n ambiental no s\u00f3lo como un elemento de mero cumplimiento de la normatividad legal, sino adem\u00e1s como un instrumento que aporte a la competitividad del negocio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>DIRIGIDO A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Supervisores Ambientales, Supervisores Coordinadores de Seguridad Higiene y Ambiente (SHA), Inspectores de Obras, Auditores Ambientales, Consultores Ambientales, T\u00e9cnicos y Profesionales de organismos p\u00fablicos y privados involucrados en Calidad, Seguridad y Ambiente, en todos los casos relacionados a las actividades de Dise\u00f1o y Miner\u00eda operativa, y Profesionales de Geolog\u00eda, y Miner\u00eda en general.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>OBJETIVO GENERAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Obtener y\/o actualizar los conocimientos para establecer los elementos necesarios para llevar adelante una correcta Gesti\u00f3n Ambiental Integral en las Actividades de Miner\u00eda desde el Dise\u00f1o, Implementaci\u00f3n\/vida \u00fatil, y Cierre de una Mina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>OBJETIVOS ESPEC\u00cdFICOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adquirir los conocimientos relacionados a los aspectos del marco legal y tr\u00e1mites ambientales para la miner\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Implementar en las actividades laborales los conocimientos, habilidades y aptitudes frente a la gesti\u00f3n ambiental minera.<\/li>\n<li>Identificar y tomar conciencia de los principales impactos ambientales que genera la miner\u00eda, referidos a las aguas, suelos, aguas superficiales, subterr\u00e1neas, entre otras variables, as\u00ed como la asignaci\u00f3n del plan de manejo ambiental, a nivel de dise\u00f1o y operatividad.<\/li>\n<li>Determinar las diferentes acciones de cierre\/restauraci\u00f3n minera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>CERTIFICACIONES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certificado de Aprobaci\u00f3n Nacional del Ministerio de Ambiente e Internacional de <strong>HAACI.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Horas v\u00e1lidas para la Actualizaci\u00f3n como<strong> AUDITOR AMBIENTAL en MIAMBIENTE.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Horas v\u00e1lidas para la Actualizaci\u00f3n como<strong> CONSULTOR AMBIENTAL en MIAMBIENTE.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INTRODUCCI\u00d3N En Panam\u00e1 la actividad minera representa una actividad importante, por las inversiones y la altas tasas de empleo que ofrece a las comunidades donde se encuentra, debi\u00e9ndose entonces considerar desde el otorgamiento de los permisos mineros en \u00e1reas sensibles, &hellip; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":15682,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","course_category":[142],"course_tag":[],"class_list":["post-13994","lp_course","type-lp_course","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","course_category-ambiental","course"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
