Los sistemas de gesti\u00f3n de la calidad buscan la mejora continua del sistema, de los procesos, de los productos y de los servicios a trav\u00e9s del incremento de sus capacidades para cumplir requisitos. La norma ISO 9001:2015 es el est\u00e1ndar internacional m\u00e1s reconocido en gesti\u00f3n de la calidad, enfoc\u00e1ndose en la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente, la mejora continua y la gesti\u00f3n de procesos. El rol del Auditor Interno es esencial para evaluar la eficacia del sistema, identificar oportunidades de mejora y asegurar la conformidad con los requisitos de la norma.
