La norma ISO 22000:2018 establece los requisitos para implementar un Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de la Inocuidad Alimentaria (SGIA) que garantice que los alimentos sean seguros en todas las etapas del proceso. El curso de Auditor Interno ISO 22000:2018 proporciona los conocimientos, competencias y herramientas necesarias para planificar, ejecutar y reportar auditor\u00edas internas de acuerdo con los principios de auditor\u00eda establecidos por ISO 19011:2018, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos del sistema y la mejora continua. A trav\u00e9s de un enfoque te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1ctico, los participantes desarrollar\u00e1n habilidades para evaluar la eficacia del SGIA, identificar no conformidades y proponer acciones correctivas que fortalezcan la gesti\u00f3n de la inocuidad dentro de su organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRIGIDO A:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Profesionales y t\u00e9cnicos del sector alimentario (producci\u00f3n, control de calidad, inocuidad, log\u00edstica, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Personal responsable de la implementaci\u00f3n, mantenimiento y mejora del SGIA.<\/li>\n<li>Consultores, auditores, supervisores y jefes de calidad.<\/li>\n<li>Estudiantes y egresados de carreras relacionadas con ingenier\u00eda alimentaria, qu\u00edmica, biolog\u00eda, agronom\u00eda o gesti\u00f3n de calidad.<\/li>\n<li>Toda persona interesada en desempe\u00f1arse como auditor interno en sistemas de inocuidad alimentaria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OBJETIVOS DEL CURSO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formar auditores internos competentes capaces de planificar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a auditor\u00edas del Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de la Inocuidad Alimentaria basado en la norma ISO 22000:2018, garantizando la conformidad, eficacia y mejora continua del sistema.<\/li>\n<li>Comprender los requisitos, estructura y principios fundamentales de la norma ISO 22000:2018.<\/li>\n<li>Conocer los lineamientos para la gesti\u00f3n de auditor\u00edas internas seg\u00fan la norma ISO 19011:2018.<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollar habilidades para planificar, ejecutar y documentar auditor\u00edas internas de inocuidad alimentaria.<\/li>\n<li>Identificar, registrar y clasificar hallazgos de auditor\u00eda (no conformidades, observaciones y oportunidades de mejora).<\/li>\n<li>Elaborar informes de auditor\u00eda y dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas.<\/li>\n<li>Promover una cultura de mejora continua y compromiso con la inocuidad alimentaria en la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SISTEMA DE GESTI\u00d3N DE LA INOCUIDAD ALIMENTARIA INTRODUCCI\u00d3N: La seguridad alimentaria es un compromiso esencial para todas las organizaciones que participan en la cadena alimentaria, desde la producci\u00f3n hasta el consumo.
