La norma ISO 45001:2018 establece un marco internacional para identificar, controlar y reducir los riesgos laborales, promoviendo una cultura preventiva y de mejora continua. El rol del auditor interno en este contexto es fundamental para garantizar la eficacia del sistema de gesti\u00f3n, verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos normativos y promover ambientes de trabajo seguros, saludables y productivos. Este programa est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para formar auditores internos competentes en la aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica de la norma ISO 45001:2018 y en la ejecuci\u00f3n de auditor\u00edas conforme a las directrices de la ISO 19011:2018, fortaleciendo las capacidades de evaluaci\u00f3n, liderazgo y mejora continua dentro de las organizaciones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRIGIDO A:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsables de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SST) y gesti\u00f3n de riesgos laborales.<\/li>\n<li>Profesionales de calidad, medio ambiente y otros sistemas integrados de gesti\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Supervisores, coordinadores y miembros de comit\u00e9s de seguridad y salud.<\/li>\n<li>Auditores internos y consultores de sistemas de gesti\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Personal t\u00e9cnico o administrativo que desee fortalecer sus competencias en auditor\u00eda ISO 45001.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OBJETIVOS DEL CURSO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capacitar a los participantes para planificar, ejecutar y reportar auditor\u00edas internas del Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) seg\u00fan los lineamientos de la norma ISO 45001:2018 y las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de auditor\u00eda internacional.<\/li>\n<li>Interpretar los requisitos y principios fundamentales de la norma ISO 45001:2018.<\/li>\n<li>Aplicar la metodolog\u00eda de auditor\u00eda interna conforme a la norma ISO 19011:2018.<\/li>\n<li>Identificar riesgos, oportunidades y no conformidades en el sistema de gesti\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluar la eficacia de los controles implementados y proponer acciones de mejora.<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollar competencias t\u00e9cnicas, \u00e9ticas y comunicacionales propias de un auditor interno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SISTEMA DE GESTI\u00d3N DE LA SEGURIDAD Y SALUD EN EL TRABAJO INTRODUCCI\u00d3N: La seguridad y salud en el trabajo son pilares esenciales para la sostenibilidad y competitividad de toda organizaci\u00f3n moderna.
