Erosiona la justicia, socava derechos humanos y es un obst\u00e1culo para el alivio de los fen\u00f3menos de exclusi\u00f3n social. El soborno tambi\u00e9n aumenta los costos asociados para hacer negocios, introduce incertidumbres en las transacciones comerciales, aumenta el costo de los bienes y servicios, disminuye la calidad de los productos y servicios, lo que puede conducir a la p\u00e9rdida de vidas y bienes, destruir la confianza en las instituciones e interferir con la el funcionamiento justo y eficiente de los mercados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>DIRIGIDO A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Directivos, empresarios, abogados, profesionales del compliance as\u00ed como estudiantes y profesionales con inquietudes en el \u00e1mbito de la gesti\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n del soborno y la corrupci\u00f3n en organizaciones, que deseen adquirir los conocimientos necesarios para implantar y mantener un Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n Anti-soborno cumpliendo los requisitos y recomendaciones de la norma ISO 37001:2016.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Personas con conocimientos generales en normas de Sistemas de Gesti\u00f3n y con fundamentos e inter\u00e9s en acciones de probidad y lucha contra la corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>OBJETIVO GENERAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Proporcionar a los asistentes los elementos conceptuales para la mejora de las competencias en la interpretaci\u00f3n de los sistemas de gesti\u00f3n anti-soborno, orientado por la norma ISO 37001:2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>OBJETIVOS ESPEC\u00cdFICOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exponer la estructura del Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n Anti-soborno y sus Principios.<\/li>\n<li>Analizar y aplicar los criterios b\u00e1sicos para la implementar y mantener el Sistema Anti-soborno seg\u00fan la Norma ISO 37001.<\/li>\n<li>Explicar y Ejemplificar la etapa de Implementaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INTRODUCCI\u00d3N El soborno es un fen\u00f3meno generalizado que plantea serias preocupaciones sociales, morales, econ\u00f3micas y pol\u00edticas, socava el buen gobierno, obstaculiza el desarrollo y distorsiona la competencia.
