La Norma ISO 19011:2018 establece las directrices internacionales para la auditor\u00eda de sistemas de gesti\u00f3n, proporcionando un marco unificado que puede aplicarse a normas como ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 50001, entre otras. Este programa tiene como prop\u00f3sito desarrollar las competencias necesarias para planificar, conducir, reportar y dar seguimiento a auditor\u00edas internas, bajo un enfoque basado en riesgos, objetividad y evidencia. El participante adquirir\u00e1 herramientas pr\u00e1cticas para gestionar programas de auditor\u00eda efectivos y generar resultados que aporten valor estrat\u00e9gico a la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRIGIDO A: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Profesionales responsables de sistemas de gesti\u00f3n (calidad, medio ambiente, seguridad, inocuidad, energ\u00eda, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Auditores internos o aspirantes a auditores internos.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinadores de mejora continua o cumplimiento normativo.<\/li>\n<li>Consultores, responsables de certificaci\u00f3n o supervisores de procesos.<\/li>\n<li>Personal t\u00e9cnico o administrativo involucrado en procesos de auditor\u00eda o verificaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OBJETIVOS DEL CURSO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formar auditores internos competentes en sistemas de gesti\u00f3n, capaces de aplicar las directrices de la Norma ISO 19011:2018 para conducir auditor\u00edas internas de manera profesional, imparcial y orientada a la mejora continua.<\/li>\n<li>Comprender los principios, etapas y buenas pr\u00e1cticas para la realizaci\u00f3n de auditor\u00edas internas.<\/li>\n<li>Aplicar el enfoque basado en riesgos en la planificaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de auditor\u00edas.<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollar habilidades de observaci\u00f3n, entrevista, an\u00e1lisis y redacci\u00f3n de hallazgos.<\/li>\n<li>Conocer los criterios para evaluar la competencia de auditores internos.<\/li>\n<li>Elaborar planes y programas de auditor\u00eda conforme a los lineamientos de la norma.<\/li>\n<li>Emitir informes de auditor\u00eda claros, objetivos y con recomendaciones de valor para la gesti\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INTRODUCCI\u00d3N: Las auditor\u00edas internas son herramientas fundamentales para evaluar la eficacia de los sistemas de gesti\u00f3n y promover la mejora continua en las organizaciones.
