Cada diez a\u00f1os se actualizan, ajust\u00e1ndose a las nuevas realidades y tecnolog\u00edas, que son tendencias mundiales del comercio. Los Incoterms\u00ae son utilizados en la compra-venta de mercanc\u00edas, en donde se ven involucrados tanto compradores como vendedores. El vendedor debe calcular su precio de venta, incluyendo en este, los costos de producci\u00f3n, su utilidad y los costos log\u00edsticos. El comprador, obtiene su producto al precio de venta negociado y debe incluirle los costos log\u00edsticos hasta llevar el producto hasta su destino final.
