Son consecuencia de unas malas condiciones de trabajo, concretamente de una deficiente organizaci\u00f3n del trabajo.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos psicosociales debe realizarse utilizando m\u00e9todos que apunten al origen de los problemas (principio de prevenci\u00f3n en el origen), es decir, a las caracter\u00edsticas de la organizaci\u00f3n del trabajo &#8211; y no a las caracter\u00edsticas de las personas.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Los da\u00f1os a la salud por riesgos psicosociales no son un problema individual y ha de hacerse prevenci\u00f3n para todos y todas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>OBJETIVOS DEL CURSO<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Brindar herramientas para identificar y evaluar los factores de riesgo psicosocial en el trabajo.<\/li>\n<li>Comprender el impacto de los riesgos psicosociales en la calidad de vida de los trabajadores y en la productividad organizacional.<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollar programas de prevenci\u00f3n en factores de riesgos psicosocial en el interior de una organizaci\u00f3n y promover ambientes de trabajo saludables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #4e4e4e;\"><strong>DIRIGIDO A<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsables de seguridad y salud en las empresas o entidades p\u00fablicas y privadas.<\/li>\n<li>Profesionales de las diversas disciplinas que necesiten conocer y aplicar de herramientas pr\u00e1cticas para la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos psicosociales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INTRODUCCI\u00d3N Los riesgos psicosociales perjudican la salud de los trabajadores, causando estr\u00e9s y a largo plazo enfermedades cardiovasculares, respiratorias, inmunitarias, gastrointestinales, dermatol\u00f3gicas, endocrinol\u00f3gicas, musculoesquel\u00e9ticas y mentales.
