Se centra en identificar y modificar comportamientos inseguros a trav\u00e9s de la observaci\u00f3n, retroalimentaci\u00f3n y refuerzo positivo, involucrando a los empleados en la creaci\u00f3n de un entorno de trabajo m\u00e1s seguro.
