Una investigaci\u00f3n adecuada permite documentar las circunstancias del evento, analizar los factores que intervinieron y generar informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil para fortalecer la gesti\u00f3n de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo. En Panam\u00e1, la gesti\u00f3n de los accidentes laborales tambi\u00e9n requiere conocer los procedimientos de notificaci\u00f3n y reporte establecidos por la Caja de Seguro Social (CSS), as\u00ed como el uso correcto de sus formularios oficiales y la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria para realizar los tr\u00e1mites correspondientes.
